How To Use Our LED Light Sheets
Our Light Sheets are simple to use and easy to install, making them suitable for any project.
- Prepare The Surface – Ensure the surface is clean and dry before installation. For optimal performance and heat dissipation, mount on heat-conductive surfaces like Aluminium Composite Material (ACM) panels. Avoid mounting directly on MDF or other heat-retentive materials, as they can reduce the lifespan and efficiency of the LEDs.
- Measure And Cut – Light sheets can be cut at 16.77mm intervals to fit specific space requirements. Use the marked cut points to trim the sheets with sharp scissors.
- Mount The Light Sheets – Peel off the protective layer from the adhesive backing and press the light sheet onto the surface, ensuring a secure bond. Take care to only press between the chips.
- Connect The Sheets – Each sheet comes with connection cables, enabling you to link multiple sheets together for larger or continuous lighting installations.
5. Turn the Power On – Once the light sheets are mounted and connected, turn on the power to test the system. Adjust the positioning of the sheets as needed, ensuring everything is securely in place and fully operational.
